How to use:
1. Put your feet into the bubble for more than 10 minutes to soften your dead skin and callouses.
2. Rub the foot file over your callus, using light to medium pressure. If you start with the coarse side of the foot file, finish up with the fine side.
3. After cleaning, apply a foot cream (if no, hand cream is available instead). Wrap it in a foot cover or plastic wrap, remove it after 15 minutes, and you will find that your feet are smooth again.
