What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, allowing you 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

How long does shipping take to the USA?

Approximate shipping time to the USA is 3 to 8 business days, not including weekends or public holidays. A tracking system is available.

What is the order processing time?

Order processing time is generally 4-6 business days, separate from shipping time. This includes checking, packing, and forwarding to logistics.
